Monica Cuneo is a UK-based professional viola player from Milan, Italy. She graduated in Italy and then worked in professional symphony and opera house orchestras and chamber music groups but wasn't very happy because of pain and stage fright. She decided to study this subject to find a solution and then was able to overcome those problems and play freely, giving many concerts as a soloist, in piano recitals and in solo concertos with orchestras.
Monica is a coach and consultant who helps professionals violinists and violists become free from their pains, tendonitis and nerves and perform more happily, through her coaching system. She has also translated three books on this topic, and has already helped many players of different levels and styles consistently proving the effectiveness of her coaching.
Monica wants to share her experience to help other professional violin and viola players to be really free to communicate and express themselves fully through their music.
